Job Summary
Conduct regular property inspections, document findings, and ensure compliance with lease provisions and Albertsons' interests. Manage repair budgets, mitigate property risks, and prepare annual CAM plans while auditing reconciliations and approving waiver requests. Act as a primary liaison to landlords, tenants, and internal teams to resolve disputes, defaults, and estoppel certificates. Work with finance teams on OPEX and CAPEX projects, oversee special initiatives like seasonal sales and EV charging designations, and utilize property management software to track data and suggest process improvements. Requires 5–7 years of real estate experience, Bachelor's degree preferred, and 25–50% travel. Required Qualifications
- Corporate Real Estate professional
- Bachelor's degree with emphasis on real estate, lease management, property management or general business
- 5 to 7 years of previous experience in real estate accounting, property management and/or lease administration
- in-depth understanding of real estate leases, common area maintenance agreements, profit and loss statements and financial accounting
- strong management and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and collaborate with others to achieve desired results
- strong written and verbal communication skills

- Proficiency with lease management software, Microsoft Suite, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Able to travel to perform essential functions of the position
- Travel 25%-50% to various regional locations
