Oversee operations, financial performance, and maintenance for 5-7 residential communities by developing strategic plans, managing budgets, and coordinating vendor relationships. Conduct regular site inspections, walk properties, and climb stairs while lifting up to 25 lbs to ensure exceptional service standards. Work closely with the Board of Directors to drive community growth and manage daily activities across multiple locations.
