Job Summary
Property Manager (Community Manager) for Lincoln Lofts multifamily communities in Bloomington, IL. Responsible for day-to-day operations of the community, including compliance, operations, concierge resident service, and financial performance, while assisting in management and maintenance of all facets of assigned apartment communities. Requires 1+ year property management experience with Tax Credit, strong communication and customer service skills, curiosity and problem-solving abilities, and familiarity with YARDI preferred. Embraces technology and is flexible with on-call coverage to support residents; leads a team to ensure outstanding service, resident satisfaction, and continuous property improvements.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of property management experience, specializing in Tax Credit
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Curiosity, critical thinking, and problem solving skills
- Prior experience with YARDI preferred
