Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in property management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and guidelines
- Proficiency in office administration tasks with excellent organizational skills
- Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Able to lift 50lbs and manage a crew of property maintainers
