Job Summary
Own your property's financial performance by meeting occupancy and NOI goals while executing pricing and marketing strategies based on market trends. Conduct regular property and vacant unit inspections to ensure operational consistency and compliance, partnering with maintenance to resolve service issues promptly. Hire, train, and lead a high-performing on-site team through goal setting, coaching, and regular performance check-ins to foster a culture of accountability. Deliver an industry-leading living experience by creating community engagement opportunities that support renewals and a positive reputation. This role requires 1-3 years of multifamily experience, including tax credit knowledge, with a Bachelor's degree preferred. Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with availability for weekends, nights, and holidays as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Tax credit experience
- 1-3 years of experience as a Property Manager in the multifamily housing industry
- Bachelor's degree
- Intermediate skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams), SharePoint, ADP
- Experience with Yardi, Entrata, Asana, and EliseAI
- Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Occasional travel for company events or meetings
- Active participation in team functions and regional or company activities
- Regular periods of sitting, standing, walking, use of hands and arms
- Occasional climbing
- Extended use of computers or telephones
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds independently
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance
- Ability to respond promptly to both visual and auditory alarms
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors under various weather conditions, including rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, and sleet
- Knowledge of fair housing regulations
- Strong communicator with emotional intelligence to lead, coach, and empower others

- Prioritizes in a fast-paced environment with confidence and grace
- Strong budgeting, financial analysis, and sales experience
