Job Summary
Own your property's financial performance by meeting occupancy and NOI goals, executing pricing strategies based on market trends, and providing accurate reporting to regional leadership. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure operational consistency, partner with maintenance vendors for prompt service resolution, and foster community engagement to support resident renewals. Hire, train, and lead a high-performing on-site team while building a culture of accountability and recognition. This role requires availability for nights, weekends, and holidays, with occasional travel for company events. Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience as a Property Manager in the multifamily housing industry
- Bachelor's degree
- Intermediate skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams), SharePoint, ADP
- Knowledge of fair housing regulations
- Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Occasional travel for company events or meetings
- Active participation in team functions and regional or company activities
- Regular periods of sitting, standing, walking, and use of hands and arms
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds independently
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds with assistance
- Ability to respond promptly to both visual and auditory alarms
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors under various weather conditions, including rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, and sleet
Desired Qualifications
- Industry designations certifications (CPM, CAM, RMP)
- Experience with Yardi, Entrata, Asana, and EliseAI
