Job Summary
Oversee hiring, training, supervising, and motivating property staff while managing the community's revenue and expenses to meet budget and financial guidelines. Maintain accurate resident records, process rent and deposits, and handle all accounts payable functions. Conduct building inspections to ensure physical standards are met and follow up on service requests with the maintenance team. Serve as a primary resource for residents to express concerns and assist with resolution while performing required reporting and administrative tasks with high attention to detail. Follow all policies and procedures for compliance with staff and residents. The role requires a valid driver's license, proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry software, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- college degree
- Valid Driver's license
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Industry software experience (YARDI, On Site, etc.)
- Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
- Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
