Property Manager

Oversee hiring, training, supervising, and motivating property staff while managing community revenue and expenses to meet budget and financial guidelines. Maintain accurate resident records, post rent and fees, perform A/P functions, and conduct building inspections to ensure physical standards are met. Follow all policies for compliance, follow up on maintenance service requests, and serve as a resource for residents to resolve concerns. Perform required reporting and administrative tasks with close attention to detail. Requires a high school diploma or degree, 2+ years of management experience, valid driver's license, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry software.
