Job Summary
Oversee hiring, training, supervising, and motivating property staff while managing community revenue and expenses to meet budget and financial guidelines. Maintain accurate resident records, process rent, deposits, fees, and all accounts payable functions, and conduct building inspections to ensure physical standards are met. Follow policies for compliance with staff and residents, follow up on service requests with maintenance, and promote resident satisfaction by resolving concerns. Perform required reporting and administrative tasks with high attention to detail. Requires valid driver's license, industry software proficiency, and willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends. Competitive compensation includes bonuses, PTO, and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- college degree
- Valid Driver's license
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Industry software experience (YARDI, One Site, etc.)
- Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
- Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
