Job Summary
Property Manager to lead Quinn Cottage's site staff and oversee on-site operations in Sacramento. Responsibilities include directing building operations, rent collection, leasing, budget management, compliance with housing laws (Fair Housing, Landlord and Tenant laws), resident relations, and maintenance prioritization to meet budgeted targets and CNOI objectives. Collaborates with Assistant Property Manager, Maintenance, and Resident Services to deliver strong customer service; requires knowledge of HUD/LIHTC/Rural Housing properties and related regulatory programs, plus strong financial/accounting experience. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of administrative, accounting, customer service, or supervisory experience; proficient in Microsoft Office and a valid driver's license. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience being accountable for financials
- Previous housing or property management experience including HUD, Low Income Tax Credits, Rural Housing, and Tax-Exempt Bond properties
- Minimum two (2) years of administrative, accounting, customer service, and/or supervisory experience
- Legally operate a motor vehicle (valid driver's license)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
