Job Summary
Property Manager responsible for leasing conversion, occupancy maintenance, and renewal programs for a multifamily property. Duties include marketing to generate visits, showing apartments, processing leases, conducting credit/reference checks, maintaining lease files, and producing weekly/monthly income and occupancy reports. Responsibilities also cover office clerical and record-keeping, resident relations, rent collection, budgeting and regulatory compliance (LIHTC/HUD), move-in inspections, renewal activities, and supporting or leading office and maintenance staff. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and property-management experience; certification in multi-family (ARM, CAM, NALP, etc.) is referenced, along with proficiency in MS Office and strong communication and problem-solving skills. The role may involve occasional travel and overtime as needed, with a valid driver's license and possibly a personal vehicle.
