Job Summary
Prepare comprehensive monthly reports for owners and the executive team on all project and tenant matters. Develop tenant relationships, assist with query resolutions, and track lease maturities to create value through volume discounts, environmental initiatives, and technology. Manage physical property aspects, coordinate tenders for operations, and establish relationships with new and existing tenants. Review and approve all invoices, discuss variance reports with supervisors to maintain budgets, and liaise with accounting for CAM reconciliation. Coordinate accident claims with insurance brokers and legal entities, ensure contractor obligations are met, and lead process improvements for tenant turnover and billing.
Required Qualifications
- Four-year Bachelor's Degree and/or Professional Designation
- Must have valid driver's licence
- Minimum 6 years experience in Property Management
- Must be fluently bilingual in both written and spoken French and English
- Effective planner for not only prioritizing work activities but also anticipating shifts in priorities
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate across all levels within, as well as outside the organization
- Effective skills in analyzing and interpreting needs of the tenants, leases and financial information
- Ability to read and interpret leases
