Job Summary
Oversee 3 properties totaling 120 units in Santa Monica, CA, by performing daily/weekly comprehensive property walk-throughs, conducting unit inspections, and managing all aspects of day-to-day operations. Market units, conduct tours, and lease apartments while reporting competitive market rent analysis. Supervise and schedule maintenance staff and vendors, ensuring adherence to preventative maintenance lists. Requires 3+ years of multifamily experience, proficiency with Yardi and Microsoft Office, and on-site availability including weekend coverage and on-call rotation. Valid driver's license and auto insurance are mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 plus years of conventional multifamily property management experience
- Knowledge of property accounting, such as Yardi
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Effective organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Proficiency with computers, including a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to supervise and schedule maintenance staff & vendors
- Proven ability to market and lease apartments
- Must live on-site
- One weekend is required and must be available for on-call as needed
- Valid Driver's License
- Evidence of Auto Insurance
