Property Manager

Oversee all daily functions throughout the property, including apartment inspections, move-in/out processes, and contractor coordination. Ensure residents receive a clean, safe, and well-maintained community through daily property inspections. Direct, organize, and motivate on-site team members while responding to all resident calls and concerns professionally and timely. Monitor debt and delinquent status, supervise leasing consultants and renewal programs for maximum capacity, and maintain records of all financial transactions. Maintain required office hours and fulfill on-call requirements for emergencies on a 24-hour basis.
