Job Summary
Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) sought to oversee a portfolio of residential communities in Broward County, including Sunrise and surrounding properties. Responsibilities include supervising onsite staff, coordinating maintenance and vendor contracts, preparing and presenting board agendas/minutes, assisting with budgeting and financial planning, monitoring invoices and financials, ensuring compliance with governing documents, and providing exemplary resident and board communication. The role requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills, the ability to respond to emergencies outside standard hours, and active Florida LCAM licensure. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, and bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Active Florida LCAM license
- 3+ years property management experience in community associations preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
