Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations of single-family and small multifamily homes in Northwest Arkansas; coordinate and oversee maintenance, repairs, and improvements; manage relationships with maintenance vendors and contractors; conduct move-in/move-out and periodic inspections; oversee tenant communication, lease enforcement, and conflict resolution; oversee rent collection and delinquency processes; maintain accurate records using property management software; ensure compliance with Arkansas landlord-tenant laws; requires valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; local travel within Northwest Arkansas; Real Estate License preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Property management experience preferred
- Experience with property management software preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (local travel required)
- Must be able to travel within the local area Northwest Arkansas
- Real Estate License preferred
- Strong communication, problem-solving skills and people skills
