Job Summary
Oversee lease administration, monitor collections, and coordinate default proceedings for a portfolio of on-campus and off-campus medical office buildings. Approve pre-postings for monthly tenant charges, develop operating and capital budgets, and perform CAM reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting. Conduct weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual property inspections while managing tenant move-ins and move-outs. Bid on and negotiate vendor contracts, coordinate tenant construction projects, and maintain interfaces with third-party owners and the accounting team. Review rent rolls monthly and facilitate quarterly meetings with facility supervisors to align with client objectives. Requires a Real Estate license, 3+ years in commercial real estate, and strong financial analysis skills.
Required Qualifications
- Heavy Commercial Real Estate and Commercial Accounting Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Real Estate, Business Management, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years' previous experience in commercial real estate property management
- Valid Real Estate license or the ability to obtain Real Estate license within 1 year of date of hire
- Strong knowledge of finance and building operations concepts and processes
- Ability to effectively analyze, prioritize, and delegate
- Ability to operate independently and as a member of a team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel, as needed, to client locations
