Property Manager

Oversee the total operation of two properties, ensuring efficient, cost-effective performance while adhering to all local, State, and Federal regulations. Manage income recertification, leasing, and re-leasing activities, conduct daily physical inspections, and process unit move-ins and move-outs with security dispositions. Handle financial reporting, monthly variance explanations, annual budget preparation, and weekly invoice processing. Supervise department personnel, enforce company policies, conduct safety meetings, and manage the preventive maintenance schedule. Process delinquent rents, handle evictions per applicable laws, and report unusual circumstances or incidents to the Regional Manager. Ensure all employees respond to resident requests promptly and maintain market-ready status for vacant units. This role supports Paths' mission to create and preserve high-quality affordable housing across the U.S.
