Job Summary
Oversee vacation rental properties along Scenic 30A in Walton County and Panama City Beach, FL. Coordinate with vendors, manage housekeeping schedules, input and complete work orders, assist in seasonal projects, and ensure proper upkeep of properties. Requires excellent verbal and written communication, strong organizational skills, and conflict-resolution abilities. Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to balance multiple tasks under pressure. Prior property-management experience is preferred; proficiency with property-management software is a plus. Entry-level position with a base salary of $42,500 plus potential $3,000 bonus and benefits.
Required Qualifications
