Job Summary
Oversee daily condominium operations by conducting routine property inspections, documenting hazards, and managing workorders to ensure timely maintenance completion. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and staff to negotiate bids, stay within budget, and resolve resident conflicts or disturbances. Enforce community rules and governing documents while preparing agendas, minutes, and detailed monthly reports for the Board of Directors. Handle administrative duties including invoice processing, insurance renewals, and liaison communications between residents and the Board. Respond to emergencies outside standard hours as needed. Bilingual (English/Spanish) LCAM required with 5+ years of experience. Located in Deerfield, FL.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Florida LCAM
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Vehicle insurance
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management
- Experience managing condominium communities
- Proven track record of managing budgets
- Proven track record of coordinating maintenance
- Proven track record of handling resident relations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in property management software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Must be able to perform all property management-related duties, responsibilities, and tasks as well as administrative duties
- Must read and understand the association's governing documents and rules and regulations
- Must submit a detailed managers' report every month
- Must process associations' invoices (A/P) on time
- Must be available if and when an Association emergency arises (both during and after normal business hours and weekends)
