Property Manager

Oversee daily operations at Berkshire Kensington, a 177-unit active adult community, by providing outstanding customer service to residents, prospective residents, team members, and vendors. Lead, supervise, train, and motivate on-site staff while building strong relationships with residents to foster a positive community culture. Monitor operating budgets, capital expenditures, and property performance through monthly reports, lease summaries, and operational analyses. Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, unit turns, and resident retention efforts, including rent collections, delinquency procedures, and leasing initiatives to drive occupancy goals. Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations, Affordable Housing programs, and company policies, while managing investor, state agency, and property inspections. Respond to after-hours emergencies when necessary and process move-ins and recertifications with income and asset verifications. Maintain accurate resident file management and uphold Oakbrook's core values.
