Property Manager - North Park

Job Summary
Collect 100% of monthly rent, manage delinquencies, and maintain occupancy while maximizing rent potential for market-rate units. Process applications and handle resident selection to ensure accurate financial and program eligibility. Conduct quarterly unit inspections, process work orders, and address tenant complaints and emergencies promptly. Pass REAC and MOR inspections to uphold housing and company quality standards. Control expenses against established budgets and foster an inclusive environment through employee training and development. Handle tenant emergencies and ensure compliance with Section 8 and HUD regulations. Work various shifts including weekends and evenings, with travel required across multiple locations.
Required Qualifications
- Three years' experience with HUD Section 8 and LIHTC
- Prior experience with REACS & MOR audits
- Housing experience
- Affordable housing experience
- Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) experience
- Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) experience
- Willingness and ability to travel
- Superior customer service, communication, and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to analyze complex problems, propose workable solutions, and implement corrective actions in all situations
- Ability to influence effectively; gain support for new ideas and approaches across multiple stakeholders with varying agendas and shifting priorities
- Solid understanding of budgeting, and business operations

- Must be able to work various shifts when needed to cover during regular business hours, including weekends and evenings
