Job Summary
Drive occupancy and pricing strategy to consistently outperform market targets while tracking leasing metrics to improve results. Lead a motivated team focused on performance, maintaining a community that operates at a high level through fast maintenance turns and strong unit presentation. Own the budget, control expenses, and push revenue growth by monitoring delinquency and making strategic decisions that directly impact NOI. Deliver fast, effective resolutions to resident concerns, drive renewals, and minimize turnover to create a community residents choose to stay in. This role leads a 216-unit market-rate community at Newbury Living, requiring 2+ years of multifamily experience and proficiency with AppFolio or similar software.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of multifamily property management experience
- Proven ability to hit occupancy and revenue goals
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of team performance
- Financial mindset with confidence managing budgets and expenses
