PROPERTY MANAGER

As Property Manager for a self-storage location, manage day-to-day property operations, deliver exceptional customer service, process rental agreements, maximize unit rentals and related sales (e.g., unit insurance, moving supplies), handle payments and delinquent accounts, conduct cash drawer audits and bank deposits, enforce policies with a focus on safety and securing units, perform property walks and maintenance tasks, and may travel to other store locations. Requires a valid driver’s license, ability to work unsupervised, basic computer knowledge, multitasking ability, and experience in sales. Work five days per week with Sundays off; duties include outdoor work, occasional lifting up to 35 pounds, and maintaining property cleanliness and safety.
