Job Summary
As a Property Manager, you will manage daily property operations, provide exceptional customer service, and maximize sales through unit rentals and related products. Responsibilities include processing payments, managing delinquent accounts, conducting cash audits, and maintaining property cleanliness and safety compliance. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, basic computer skills, and the ability to work independently. The role requires physical activity, including outdoor work and the ability to lift items up to 35 pounds.
