Job Summary
Collect rents, control expenses, and handle resident issues while adhering to fair housing regulations. Coordinate vendor scheduling, negotiate lease contracts, and arrange maintenance inspections to meet standards. Develop annual budgets by forecasting requirements and analyze variances. Oversee property personnel, evaluate performance, conduct monthly safety meetings, and organize social events for resident retention. Manage 132 units in West Seneca, NY with a focus on retention and safety.
