Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Property Manager for multifamily residential communities, specializing in affordable housing compliance under Section 8 and HUD regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Social Work, or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in property management
- Strong knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and landlord/tenant law
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, financial reports, and regulatory compliance
- Prior supervisory experience required
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Yardi software is a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
