Job Summary
Multisite affordable multifamily property management role overseeing two Georgia communities (Sky Harbor, Chamblee and Sage5430, Norcross). Responsibilities include ensuring market-ready operations, supervising and developing on-site teams (leasing, maintenance, and management), lease administration and renewals, budgeting/forecasting, marketing, collections, and compliance with LIHTC and related programs. Drive occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through effective communication, vendor management, and adherence to Cushman & Wakefield policies. Strong emphasis on leadership, budgeting, financial controls, tenant relations, and achieving performance goals across multiple sites.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- GA Real Estate License preferred
- LIHTC experience required
