Job Summary
Property Manager, Multifamily at Cushman & Wakefield oversees on-site communities to market-ready standards, leads a high-performing on-site team across leasing, maintenance, and management, and manages operations including maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, collections, evictions, vacancy anticipation, marketing, and lease renewals. Qualifications include 3+ years of property management experience, with a preferred Bachelor’s degree and Real Estate License.
