Job Summary
Property Manager, Multifamily (Bilingual) oversees all on-site property operations for a multifamily community, including leasing, budgeting, forecasting, marketing, lease administration, capital improvements, maintenance, audits, and service contracts. Responsible for developing and leading a high-performing on-site team across leasing, customer service, maintenance, and management personnel; driving occupancy and revenue through competitive analysis and creative marketing programs; ensuring high resident satisfaction and renewals; maintaining resident files, enforcing policies, and coordinating vendor contracts. Requires strong communication, office/software proficiency, and real estate knowledge; Bachelor’s Degree preferred and Real Estate License preferred; 3+ years of property/management experience; travel required.
