Job Summary
The Property Manager is responsible for all operational and financial aspects of a multi-site property portfolio, including maximizing occupancy through leasing activities, coordinating move-ins/outs, overseeing maintenance with roving teams, and ensuring compliance with safety, fair housing, and company policies. Leads and coaches site staff, manages rent collection and delinquencies, conducts market research for pricing strategies using public information, and reports findings to the Regional Manager. Requires strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and ability to manage multiple projects, with travel as needed to support properties. Core duties also include maintaining resident relations, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and upholding a culture aligned with the company values.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; degree in Property Management field preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of Management experience; Property Management experience preferred
- Minimum of 1-2 years as a Property Manager or supervisory role preferred
- Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with Yardi Software highly preferred
- CRM designation preferred
- Real Estate Licenses must not be active while working in this role
