Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations of a multi-property community, including tours for prospective residents, lease processing, compliance submissions, and resident relations. Manage maintenance scheduling, safety programs, quarterly inspections, vendor relationships, and budgeting. Lead and coach maintenance staff, coordinate staff meetings, and ensure timely rent collection and move-in/out documentation. Utilize Yardi for occupancy and financials, prepare deposits, and maintain reporting and resident communications. Travel between assigned properties as required and uphold high standards of curb appeal, customer service, and community engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Property management experience is required
- Affordable Housing Experience Preferred
- LIHTC, HOME, HUD, USDA RD (Experience with these programs is preferred)
- Housing Software Experience in Yardi (Preferred)
