Job Summary
Oversee 5 residential communities totaling 224 apartment homes in Novato, CA, ensuring positive team performance and property value enhancement. Manage financial goals and asset operations in owners' best interest while maintaining high customer service scores and enforcing Fair Housing policies. Maintain accurate records of community transactions including rent rolls and move-in/move-outs, and provide team oversight to ensure efficient workflows. Requires a minimum of 2 years on-site experience as a Leasing Consultant or Assistant Community Manager, valid driver's license, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Compensation ranges from $85,000.00 to $95,000.00 plus variable incentives.
Required Qualifications
- Thorough understanding and application of Fair Housing principles
- Minimum of 2 years on-site as a Leasing Consultant and/or Assistant Community Manager
- 3 years supervisory experience in a customer-service related business with appropriate certification(s)
- Competence in personal computer skills, keyboard, internet search, math, Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Valid driver's license with dependable transportation to visit different properties daily (Novato, San Rafael, and potentially Sonoma)
- Authorization to work for any employer in the U.S.
