Job Summary
Oversee the physical condition of assigned properties, collect rents, and prepare deposit monies. Schedule showings for vacant units and handle resident concerns by discussing them with the Supervisor. Document service calls and follow up with the maintenance division while traveling to properties to oversee onsite needs. Meet all applicable deadlines for paperwork and complete a wide variety of tasks as assigned to fulfill job duties and maintain compliance with company standards. Full-time Monday through Friday schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree
- 3 years of management experience
- 3-5 years of computer experience
- Windows OS
- Outlook
