Analyze and manage the community's operation budget to improve profitability, adhering to high-quality standards. Requires a Bachelor's degree, five years of property management experience, and strong leadership skills. Full-time position in Fresno, California, with an annual salary of $70,500.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of property management experience
- Valid driver's license
- Good driving record
- Current auto insurance
Desired Qualifications
- experience in a multi-family and/or manufactured home setting
- Strong operational, collaborative and leadership skills
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office and other web-based applications, specifically financial systems
