Property Manager

Manage day-to-day operations of an assigned property, including resident relations, site staff supervision, and daily activities. Oversee all resources to achieve established budgeted financial and operational goals, reviewing monthly financial reports and noting variances. Process HUD certifications, interview residents for eligibility, and handle all paperwork timely. Operate the property in accordance with MBM policies and procedures, while building positive relationships with residents, community, and city agencies. Hire, lead, direct, evaluate, and manage subordinate team members, including maintenance specialists. Communicate verbally and in writing to site staff regarding daily operations and attend inspections conducted by owners or agency personnel. Meet and correspond with local, state, and federal representatives and vendors as required. Bachelor's degree preferred with two years' experience in property management, plus customer service experience in hospitality or customer-facing industries. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ability to read and interpret manuals, knowledge of state and federal regulations, tax-credit experience, and strong communication skills are required.
