Job Summary
Property Manager for Garden City Realty. Responsible for managing vacation rental properties, building relationships with homeowners, onboarding new rental properties, guiding pricing and asset upkeep, traveling to properties to assess conditions, entering data in Escapia, coordinating with internal teams, and delivering high-level customer service to drive growth and maximize income.
Required Qualifications
- Has an active SC Real Estate License and/or Property Management License or is willing to obtain license.
- B.A. in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Sales or related field.
