Job Summary
Manage daily property operations at Magnolia Square Apartments in Naples, FL by handling resident concerns, conducting periodic inspections, and ensuring community appearance. Drive financial performance by monitoring occupancy, analyzing marketing data, and collecting rents and fees while working with the leasing team to achieve property goals. Lead on-site staff through hiring, training, and performance reviews to achieve operational targets. Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies. Serve on-call as scheduled or as necessary, with the ability to travel for company gatherings.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Two years of experience in Property Management or other relevant work experience
- Ability to serve on-call, as scheduled or as necessary
- Ability to travel to attend various company gatherings either in the general vicinity of your home property or in another state
- Achieve Fair Housing certification prior to interaction with prospects or residents
- Competence in personal computer skills, keyboard, internet search, math, Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook as well as community software applications
- Knowledge of OSHA laws and regulations
- Participate in training in order to comply with new or existing laws
- Present self in a neat, clean and professional manner at all times throughout the workday and/or whenever present at the community

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM)
