Job Summary
The Property Manager at MAA Gardens is responsible for managing daily operations, including oversight of the service team, managing staff performance, maintaining community standards, marketing and leasing effectiveness, and ensuring resident satisfaction. Candidates should have 5-7 years of multifamily property management experience and 1-3 years of supervisory experience. A high school diploma is required, while a Bachelor's degree is preferred. A valid driver's license is necessary, and in some locations, a PMIC license is required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- Five to seven years of experience in multifamily property management
- One to three years of supervisory experience
- Valid driver's license from the state of residence
- PMIC license required for South Carolina and Washington, D.C.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- Experience in multifamily property management
- Leadership skills in managing a team
