Property Manager

Oversee day-to-day operations and LIHTC/tax credit compliance for affordable housing communities, managing leasing, rent collection, recertifications, inspections, vendor coordination, and resident relations. Ensure adherence to federal, state, and investor requirements while preparing reports, maintaining accurate files, and supporting audits. Collaborate with LSS teams to sustain safe, stable housing. This role requires strong regulatory knowledge and property management expertise to align with the mission-driven service of Lutheran Social Services of WI & UP MI.
