Property Manager

Oversee daily property operations for healthcare and social service–related residential sites, including leasing, rent collection, inspections, and vendor management. Ensure all housing meets HUD, Fair Housing, and local regulatory standards while maintaining safe, well-maintained environments that support client stability. Manage maintenance requests, budgets, and financial/occupancy reporting, partnering closely with program and clinical teams.
