Property Manager

Manage properties for owner, tenant, and resident satisfaction by responding to resident and tenant needs, performing property walk-throughs, and coordinating maintenance engineers and third-party vendors. Establish policies defining property versus resident responsibilities, distribute routine and emergency communications, and maintain emergency procedures manuals. Compile asset management reports, review financial and operations reports with stakeholders, and establish annual budgets while reviewing invoices for approval. Act as the primary contact for all vendors and maintenance contracts, soliciting bids, evaluating performance, and managing results. Review ongoing issues weekly with team members and maintain a 90-day plan for portfolio development. Rotate through an after-hours on-call system to provide 24/7 service.
