Job Summary
Property Manager needed for Lumeo at Tryon Park in Charlotte, NC. Responsible for all aspects of residential property management including leasing, maintenance, resident services, safety, and financial performance. Lead leasing team with training and performance evaluations; monitor operations to exceed performance goals; supervise maintenance staff and contractors; manage rent collection, petty cash, and deposits; schedule routine and emergency maintenance; ensure OSHA compliance; prepare ownership and property reports; implement marketing strategies to drive revenue growth. Requires 3–5 years in property management, a PM license or broker’s license as applicable by state, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with Yardi and Office 365.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is preferred, high school diploma required
- Three to five years of experience in residential property management
- Property Manager's license or Real Estate Broker’s License (where required by state)
- Strong leadership, training, supervision, and decision-making capabilities
- Thorough knowledge of accounting and administrative procedures
- Experience working in Yardi and Office 365
- Pleasing personality and effective communication skills
Desired Qualifications
