Property Manager

Supervise all staff, oversee timesheet submission, and approve overtime and vacation requests. Participate in hiring and training, conduct employee reviews, and maintain relations with residents, staff, and vendors. Oversee accounts receivable, prepare and post bank deposits daily, and manage service and capital contracts while maintaining required vendor certificates. Perform property inspections for cleanliness and hazards, conduct pre- and move-out inspections, and develop preventative maintenance schedules. Submit Statement of Deposit Accounting, code invoices to accounts payable weekly, and prepare accident/incident reports. Adhere to fair housing policies and maintain confidentiality of all contacts.
