Job Summary
Site Manager for a multi-family property in St. Louis Park, MN responsible for day-to-day property operations including leasing, screening applicants, rent collection, compliance, and resident relations. Responsibilities include showing units, processing affordable housing applications, coordinating maintenance and vendor work, generating move-in documents, updating SharePoint, and producing monthly/annual reports. Must maintain strong customer service, communicate with tenants and property owners, and support Fair Housing compliance. Requires a valid driver's license and the ability to pass a criminal background check; on-call after-hours responsibilities and coordination with maintenance team are part of the role. Training is provided for the right candidate; competitive benefits package offered.
Required Qualifications
