Job Summary
Property Manager (Live-Out) for a high-end Midtown Toronto residential property. Manages on-site operations four weekdays plus every other weekend, oversees leasing processes including background and credit checks, schedules and supervises staff, administers budgets and capital plans, coordinates resident events, and ensures high-quality customer service. Proficient in Yardi, lease renewals, rent collection, and governance of maintenance, safety, and contractor activities. Emphasizes resident satisfaction, staff development, scheduling, and coordination with the District Manager to support property performance and tenant experience.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in multi-residential or related industry is an asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer and keyboarding skills
- Understanding of operating budgets and capital plans
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
