Job Summary
Manage daily operations of LIHTC properties while ensuring compliance with federal and state laws and providing excellent customer service. Responsible for supervising staff, monitoring maintenance activities, and maintaining occupancy numbers. Strong emphasis on decision making, problem solving, and communication skills is essential.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience in property management
- Valid Colorado driver's license
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
- Ability to interpret financial information from management software
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in public housing and/or in LIHTC housing program
- Knowledge of principles and practices of subsidized housing programs
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- High quality decision making and problem solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
