Job Summary
Manage all phases of apartment building operations for The Leo at Waterfront Station, overseeing a team of 265 units in SW DC. Conduct daily resident relations by addressing concerns, noise complaints, and after-hours issues while utilizing RentCafe for correspondence. Direct vendor scheduling for move-in preparation, approve invoices, and perform cost analysis to ensure safe, efficient work. Lead leasing efforts by collaborating with Revenue Management on rent positioning, reviewing weekly lease expirations, and implementing renewal strategies to maximize income. Oversee physical inspections for health, safety, and asset preservation, then recommend capital improvements. Review monthly financial reports against budget and implement cost control programs to optimize net operating income. Maintain deep market knowledge on rents and trends to support pricing strategy.
Required Qualifications
- At least three to four years of property management experience
- At least one year managing a team
- Highschool diploma
- Yardi experience (property management accounting software)
- Excellent attendance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Detail-oriented
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
