Job Summary
Neighborhood Director role overseeing financial management, customer service, and leadership across property teams. Responsible for achieving operating-budget income targets, analyzing variance reports, and applying knowledge of local rental ordinances. Lead by example, coach Leasing & Experience Managers and Neighborhood Service Managers, and foster a warm, collaborative culture that emphasizes service, training, and growth. Strong emphasis on housing laws awareness, cross-site coordination, and ongoing team development. Bachelor’s degree is preferred; ARM/CPM/CAM designations are preferred. The position combines strategic oversight with day-to-day operations to ensure neighborhoods perform well and neighbors feel at home.

- 2+ years of supervisory experience
