Job Summary
Lease-Up Property Manager for a new-build in Kansas City, MO. Responsibilities include supervising Marketing, Leasing, Administrative, and Maintenance functions; achieving company and client budget objectives; high level involvement in Resident/Landlord relations; accounting and collections; supervising day-to-day office and maintenance operations; property reporting; adherence to policies; proactive teamwork to achieve goals; strong time management and multitasking; social media marketing capabilities; need for a motivated leader with strong financial/analytical skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office; willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; holds a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and at least 2 years of multi-family property management experience, including supervisory roles; equal opportunity employer with background checks and pre-employment drug testing; E-Verify participation.
